My friend has been acting like a skank since school started?

Ever since school started my friend has been acting like a skank and trust me i'm not the one to judge but i mean she's been like the low cut shirts without a cami underneath and stuff and it just gets annoying anybody have any suggestions on how to get her to stop before she really does turn into a skank
