Why does my mom treat masturbation as some kind of disease?

Ok this is a little embarring but im here for help so here it goes, My name is Zack and im 14 I had the "talk" with my father and he actually encourages me to do it as much as i can but my mom on the other hand keeps trying to force this "knowledge" in my head that if i keep doing it my ill grow hair on my knuckles and my hair and eyes will fall out, Now im a very bright kid for my age and im definitely not going to buy the load of crap shes trying to force into me, I just want her to understand that we men HAVE TO DO IT OR IT HURTS. But she thinks that i will be banished to hell for eternity if i keep doing it, I personally am an agnostic and have seen absolutely no Evidence for the existence of heaven, hell, god, Satan, Etc.... Can you guys just give me an answer as to how i can make her understand.......... Btw sorry for the spelling errors if there are any im Dyslexic
