Do I have a Varicocele?

Ok so for a long long time i've always been paranoid of having cancer on my testicles but this time i'm not being a hypochondriac i really feel something. i dont think its cancer but i think its a varicoceleon the bottom of my right testicle i feel like a stringy bump and i get this dragging sensation i have not lost my ual appetite i'm just worried like i cant really ahve surgery my testicle is the same saize its always been i dont see any swelling. i noticed the heaviness sensation about like 3 or 4 days agotthere hasnt been excrutiating pain yet but any advice on what this is or what you think it is if its a varicocele tell me and also do i need to have it reated i heard that most cases of it go untreated but please just tell me what you think serious answers please.
