What is the name of this show and what station is it on?

A few days ago I saw a television show that was filmed in a morgue where the pathologist was doing an autopsy to see if a crime had been committed; it was not a drama like Bones but a lot more realistic and based on real cases, I am not usually in to these types of shows but I got to watching it and it was really interesting! Does anyone know the name of this show and where I can find it? It was on something like Discover or TruTV!
