38 weeks pregnant and feeling so sick!!! Please help?

I got already sick from my family now I am feeling worst and sick, I am having bad cold and my throat, chest had infection, and I keep coughing it's cause my belly pain when I cough! I can't stop coughing it's hurt so much when I cough, how do I stop cough cause I can't take the pain anymore. Is my unborn baby sick too or having infection cold? I want to know what kind of med that I can take while pregnant to help me felt better? and I am going doctor next tue.
