Which country has the best trained soldiers (non-specialist)?

I understand your question, however the word "best" is a relative term. The United States has the worlds best training for soldiers ie: Marine Corps if we are talking about regular infantry. Israel is up there along with the United Kingdom. But hands down the United States has the best trained soldiers in the world at the moment.
