I feel dizzy all the time?

I'm male, age 18. Its been 2 months now and I still feel dizzy 24/7. Not spinning around or unbalanced movement just mild dizziness because I can walk normally but I feel dizzy. I went to Neurologist and they give me Serc and other anit-vertigo medicines but nothing works for me. They told me to have a CT Scan but the results is also negative no problem in the brain. I feel very worried about this because its been 2 months but nothing happens. Before i got this dizziness I had a fever with sore throat then after the fever my dizziness won't leave! My blood pressure is ok 120/80 and even those with hypertension won't experience 24/7 mild dizziness i think.
